Product testing for agent services
Could surfacing agents earlier in the buyer journey generate more leads? That’s what the Product Team set out to explore on high-traffic listings pages. My role: Write messaging variants that clearly conveyed the benefits of working with an agent, all within the constraints of a one-line headline and 150 characters of supporting text.
